      Find out where your emotions are coming from, how to name them, and what they mean to you. Find out why it’s so important to regulate your emotions.

    • Overcoming Your Fears
      Learn how to overcome your fears and use fear as a strength instead of a weakness. Find out what is holding you back to fulfil your goals, dreams and desires, and learn how to push through your fears.
    • Positive Goal Setting
      Having a plan and setting goals matter and a necessity in creating a desired future, but how you create those goals has a direct effect on the results of those goals. It is not enough to just want something, it’s learning how to shift your focus to get the results you want.

About Sheetal...

I am a business owner, wife, and mama of two toddlers, and I love to teach everything that helps people meet their better selves through emotional intelligence.

I have successfully been creating and teaching courses for over 12 years in topics such as productivity, leadership, team building, communication, and emotional intelligence.
