“Reset, Recharge & Reinvent is a very good course, which I recommend to anybody who is willing to grow at a personal level, but also who would like to learn tools in order to be a good leader for yourself. In my opinion, this course could also be called personal leadership.
Why personal leadership? Because as a leader you are personally responsible for your daily actions. In order to lead yourself you need to be aware of your emotions, you need to be aware of your emotional triggers, you need to understand, accept your personality treats and you need to learn how to manage yourself in various circumstances and surroundings.
During this course, there were many practical tools and exercises that allowed me to self-reflect, allowed me to be more observant and aware of myself and my surroundings but most importantly allowed me to put things better into perspective and learn how to manage myself better. Why personal leadership? Because as a leader you are personally responsible for your daily actions. In order to lead yourself you need to be aware of your emotions, you need to be aware of your emotional triggers, you need to understand, accept your personality treats and you need to learn how to manage yourself in various circumstances and surroundings.
During this course, there were many practical tools and exercises that allowed me to self-reflect, allowed me to be more observant and aware of myself and my surroundings but most importantly allowed me to put things better into perspective and learn how to manage myself better. In other words, it helped me to become a better leader to myself.
I will admit due to many circumstances in my life, even while doing the course there were moments, I felt many ups and downs. Despite all the ups and downs, I feel very grateful that some of the exercises in this course also helped me get through those “down” moments a little faster and helped me to stay positive.
Within the four modules, there were several topics we discussed, but there is a very simple thing that I will always remember. It might sound so simple and so logical, but for me, it had a positive impact which I am sure I will remember for the rest of my life. This is how I remember it: MOTIVATION IS A SKILL THAT YOU WORK ON ALMOST EVERY DAY. These might not be the exact words how Sheetal said it, but this is how I remember it.
