For years, I watched Mindvalley University (MVU) unfold from afar — following the live streams, reading posts, and imagining what it would be like to sit in those rooms surrounded by visionaries. This year, something aligned. From August 11 to 17, 2025, I finally found myself in Amsterdam, stepping into the energy of MVU for the very first time.
And it was everything I dreamed of — and more.
Mindvalley University isn’t just a conference. It’s a living classroom where professional development meets personal growth, health, wellness, manifestation, relationships, and now even AI. For me, it felt like a homecoming — a place where learning and transformation aren’t just encouraged, they’re embodied.
Here are some of the most powerful lessons I took away from my week at MVU:
- Noelle Russell – AI with Humanity
Noelle Russell, a global AI leader,
reminded us that AI is not just about machines — it’s about us.
- Always ask: Where did that come from?
(truth and provenance matter). - Every AI is like a baby tiger: exciting, but dangerous without care and boundaries.
- Leadership today must be JEDI: Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
- Build with Precision, Optimization, Ethics, and Trust.
- Never build for someone without them — co-creation is the key to impact.
Her message was clear: with great power comes great responsibility.
- Gary (Human Garage) – The Body’s Wisdom
Gary redefined the way I see the body. We’re not rigid machines, but fluid systems of water, sound, and energy.
- Movement + breath shift our inner hydraulics.
- Sound is a programming language that rewires us.
- Opposites create alignment.
- Sensations are not problems but messages.
- Safety unlocks release.
His session reminded me: when we create safety and intention, the body knows how to heal.
- John Lee – Social Media, AI, and Income
John Lee shared practical strategies on visibility and business growth:
- Exposure = Income (even with zero followers).
- Hooks matter more than topics.
- Automate engagement to scale impact.
- Build an ascension model
(Free → Low → Medium → High ticket offers). - Systems and AI scale your business beyond your time.
Visibility is no longer optional — it’s the bridge to income and impact.
- Eric Edmeades – The Power of Speaking
Eric reminded me that communication is one of the greatest life skills we can master.
- Fear of speaking is ancient survival wiring, not weakness.
- Transformation happens step by step.
- You’re one talk away from new opportunities.
- Communication is personal development.
- Sharing your truth is a responsibility, not an option.
Our voices are needed — not someday, but today.
- Dr. Amanda Hanson – Women’s Liberation
Amanda’s words landed like medicine.
- Triggers are teachers, not enemies.
- Women shine brighter together.
- Worth comes from within.
- Embodiment is sacred, not performative.
- Liberation creates unstoppable women.
Her reminder: the revolution begins within.
- Linda Clemons – Body Language & Energy
Linda showed us that influence is 93% nonverbal.
- Words are just 7%.
- Congruence creates trust.
- Self-talk shapes reality.
- Guard against the “enemy in me.”
- Energy is contagious.
Her message: how we show up speaks louder than any strategy.
- Jorge – Mindful Communication
Jorge’s talk was raw and practical.
- Pause before you speak.
- Deflect gossip with grace.
- Share problems wisely.
- Speak compassionately about your own story.
- Listen generously, but with boundaries.
- Trust life’s process.
- Remember life is temporary.
- Gratitude makes every moment worthy.
- Be a creator, not a reporter.
Communication, he reminded us, can either weigh us down or lift us higher.
- Vishen Lakhiani – Bending Reality
Finally, Vishen, the founder of Mindvalley, spoke on manifestation.
- Manifestation is about identity, not acquisition.
- Every goal must pass the Desire–Belief–Expectancy test.
- The universe gives the curriculum, not just the outcome.
- Expectancy accelerates manifestation.
- Personal growth expands your capacity to receive.
It’s not about chasing goals — it’s about becoming the person who can hold them.
🌟 Closing Reflection
My week at Mindvalley University 2025 wasn’t just about notes in a journal — it was about expansion. It was about being in a room full of souls who want to grow, glow, and accelerate at all levels.
The lessons I took home remind me that leadership, growth, and success aren’t separate from who we are — they’re deeply connected to how we live, love, and embody our truth.
This was my first MVU, but it won’t be my last. Amsterdam 2025 was the beginning of something deeper — not just for me, but for every life I get to touch with the work I do.
✨ With gratitude for the teachers, the community, and the journey.
