Requirements

Personal Attributes

  • Ability to manage personal productivity and manage tasks on time.
  • Self-organized with a demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Open to new challenges and eager to learn.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of web development languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and their application to web platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies.
  • Knowledge of technical and functional requirements in a web-based environment.

Organizational Skills

  • Proficient in multitasking and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail in completing tasks and managing workflows.
  • Learning & Adaptability.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, software, and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain web applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create and maintain documentation for web processes, tools, and updates.
  • Test, debug, and troubleshoot code as necessary.
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
  • Monitor website traffic, analyze search results, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Assist in training-related events within the organization to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to the organization’s evolving needs.

Additional Information

  • Work Hours: Reasonable hours from 08:00 – 16:00.
  • Training Opportunities: On-the-job training is available to enhance skills.
  • Work Experience: This is not required; it is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience.
