Module 1: What is Emotional Intelligence
Understand the difference between your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Learn what your emotional triggers are, and learn about the different types of Emotional Individuals.
Self-Awareness is the foundation of Emotional Intelligence.
Module 2: Self Awareness
Self Awareness is the first step in understanding your emotions. When you know where your emotions come from and understand the root cause, you not only manage yourself, you are able to manage all areas of your life. Learn about how to understand and recreate your Life's Blueprint. Understand your primary emotional states and how your present beliefs shape your life's decisions and blueprint.
Self Regulation allows you to practice self care and self love habits
Module 3: Self Regulation
Learn the tools to manage and regulate your emotions, so you experience more of what you want and less of what throws you off balance. Learn how to manage your focus and attention, how your words and language can change the meaning of your life, and what associations trigger your emotions. You'll also learn about several self-regulation exercises that help maintain balance and a sense of calm.
You’ll be learning about how your distractions are affecting you and what you can do to combat your distractions to manage your energy and focus.
Motivation tools to move forward and manage setbacks with ease
Module 4: Mindful Motivation
Understand what self motivation is and the role it plays in supporting you through your highs and lows in life. Learn about the power of purpose and how to eliminate everything that feels purposeless so life can be spent more on the things that matter most and less on the things that drag you down. Find out how to manage your setbacks and how to stay motivated even during difficult circumstances.
Learn about the most important skills to manage your relationships
Module 5: Relationships & Social Awareness
Learn what it means to empathize with others and manage difficult conversations. Find out how your dominant personality impacts the way you socialize with the world and communicate with others!
