On January 26th, 2023, Lybra celebrated its 12th Anniversary. Over the years we have had the privilege of serving over 100 organizations, impacting the professional development of over 9000 individuals through our teambuilding programs and training sessions in productivity, emotional intelligence, leadership, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. We have also completed over 200 projects, including working with organizations undergoing digital transformations.
To commemorate this milestone, we decided to give back to our community by visiting various social organizations in Suriname. Given the current economic challenges, we understood that these organizations may be facing difficulties and we wanted to help in any way we could. We reached out to several organizations to understand their most pressing needs and developed packages to meet those needs. In the past few years, one or two members of our team have been visiting different organizations to provide basic needs like food supplies and detergent for these institutions.
This year our entire team visited each organization on our anniversary to learn more about their work, the passion that drives them, and the dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to care for the young and old. The list of organizations we visited was Huize Campagne, Stichting Betheljada, Bejaardentehuis Majella, Huize Tyl Tyl, Fatima Oord, and Huize Ashiana.
Our wonderful team made the arrangements to ensure all items were ordered, packed, and submitted with care in person. This experience gave the team a sense of purpose and brought them closer together, and they were grateful for the opportunity to assist those in need.
